Being a local, educational, small dairy farm with a creamery on site, visitors are often presented the topic of production and the many issues associated with it. As a producer of food, is vital to create a relationship with consumers as well as educate them on the process for creating the product. When they associate ...the hay grass grown in the field with their artisan cheese that became delectable through the hard work of people and animals, they truly appreciate, respect and enjoy the product, beings and places that were involved to create it.

Scott will be talking about how the ConsumeReconnection project is an illustration of a consumer's prospective as a compliment to that of the producers.
