The Cougar Fund Utah - No limit on the number of permits that can be sold for each harvest-objective unit - that means if
you didn’t obtain a limited-entry permit, you can still
participate! Utah Wildlife Board authorized the Division to set these quotas without public input. The hunting season starts tomorrow Nov. 18! http://www.ammoland.com/2009/11/12/cougar-hunting-permits-available/

I am glad that he cared enough to take care of the babies. This is the 2nd incident that a human had to shot a cougar in this area.
As much as I have traveled in these mountains I have never saw one in the wild.
