The Gentle Barn
Princess now has a person of her own who wants to love and spoil her, visit her and take her
for walks. Thank you Nicky for being an answered prayer and bringing joy to this
beautiful horse!

The Gentle Barn Most birds roost on trees or fences, here at The Gentle Barn our peacocks roost on our truck. Only the best for our animals!

The Gentle Barn We have all heard of people riding horses, but have you heard of chickens riding sheep?

The Gentle Barn
Today we welcomed an eighteen month old Black Angus
cow. The same people who he was taught to trust and love were
going to send him to slaughter, instead he was driven down here to safety. He
has never met other cows before and tonight he was the hit of the party as our
other cows raced to lick, nuzzle and play with him. H...e was living in mud and
poop up to his tummy with no shelter, in the pouring rain; he is very happy to
be here.

The Gentle Barn Our Winter Wonderland was a blast! blue skies, sun was shining, 40 tons of snow, delicious food, great music, lots of people, and lots of love!

The Gentle Barn
Are you ready? It is going to be a blast! For those of you
who are too far away to make it, you will be in our hearts. For those of you
who are close, we will see you tomorrow!

The Gentle Barn please join me in knowing that the skies are blue and the sun is shining tomorrow, and the day is perfect!

The Gentle Barn I know it is short notice, but KNBC just left and we will be on the channel 4 news at 5 PM. Here they are with the snow princess who will be at our Winter Wonderland.

The Gentle Barn
Zazu
was kept in a cage for her first four years of life. She had nothing
else to do but pluck her feathers. We have tried so hard to make her
stop plucking since we rescued her. She has more feathers on her now
than ever! She looks great and she is so happy here! here she is with
her boyfriend, Darshan, our Director of Development.
