The Heart of America Foundation Over 200 Target volunteers helped open a brand new library and computer lab at Monte Vista Elementary School. This school had to disband their library two years ago when they lost the funding for the portable in which it was housed. This new library and computer lab are going to make a huge difference at this amazing school!
