Supporters' Society Limited will be held in the Park Suite, Rugby Park,
Kilmarnock on Monday 30 November 2009 at 7.30pm for 8.00pm.
Agenda
1. Introduction and Annual Report.
2. Treasurer's Report and Financial Statement.
3. Independent examin...ation resolution.
4. Reappointment of W White & Co as Auditors to the Society.
5. Announcement of the results of the elections to the Board.
6. Proposal on Fifty For The Future and KFC share purchase.
7. Trust strategy in relation to the Kilmarnock FC AGM.
8. Any Other Business.

Notes
A member entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting is entitled
to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. Such a proxy need not be a
member of the Society. The appointment of a proxy should be in writing to the
Secretary, and in order to be valid, the form of proxy must be received by the
secretary not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for the holding of the
meeting or any adjourned meeting. Valid forms of proxy arriving at the PO Box
address by close of business 2 days prior to the meeting will be deemed to
satisfy the above criteria.
A copy of the standard form of proxy may be obtained from the Secretary or
downloaded from the appropriate link below. Completed forms should be returned
to the Secretary at PO Box 26103, Kilmarnock, KA1 1YN.
No person other than the Chair of the meeting can act as proxy for more than 3
members.
Admissions to the Annual General Meeting of any shareholder or proxy entitled to
attend will be on production of this notice.

7:30pm I know it is later than late but anyone who now thinks they can make it

This is a heads up for an event being run by a Trust friendly site!
Mega Administrator of the site Baz writes:
The bank account is at zero, the direct debit for wee Walter cost us double due to overdraught charges...so that must mean it's fund raising and player of the year presentation time for the website.
On Saturday... 3rd October after the Sheep game we will have a wee race night followed by the obligatory karaoke in the Howard (yes, the Howard, they actually sponsor us) and we'll present Craig Bryson with his POTY trophy from last season. We'll also present doomed with his prediction league trophy if I can remember where it is. Our Kaiserslautern friends are over that weekend so it should be a good laugh.
We've only done one race night before and it can be a decent money spinner due to a lot of the funds being raised prior to the night itself and EVERYONE can do their bit by selling a race sheet and getting a bottle donated for the winner of each sheet that is sold. I'll get that all done this week so please contact me if you are willing or able to help out the #1 Killie website on t'net and when the sheets are done I'll get one to you.
If you are not in the position to get a race sheet sold (like you are in Siberia and they only trade in frozen cow dung) then feel free to donate a bottle or just send in some cash that we can purchase bottles with for the prizes. The address for the Paypal donation link on the front page is baz@killiefc.com and any cheques can be made out to killiefc.com as well.

The club are looking for volunteers to help stuff envelopes tomorrow and have asked the Trust to find some. We only have one days notice so this is the best we can do in the circumstances...

Hot on the heels of several successful events throughout the year the Killie Trust, in association with Killie's own Merchants Restaurant, is bringing you a night to remember on Friday 9th October. The Trust has been looking at ways to integrate with the local business community so a night of top quality food and enter...tainment means everyone is a winner.
Tickets are priced at a very reasonable £30 per person and any profits on the night will go to the Killie's Youth Development programme via the Fifty for the Future initiative. There won't be auctions or anything but there will be a small raffle with some excellent prizes. We fully expect this event to sell out very quickly so to avoid disappointment call Merchants on 01563 538966 and book your tickets now!

The Trust have now received a letter from the secretary of Garry Hay's testimonial committee asking if we want to take a table at the upcoming dinner. The event takes place on Sunday 1st November in the Caprington Suite and the speakers are John Gahagan and Alan Kennedy and will be chaired by Tam Cowan. Ally McCoist wi...ll also be on hand to do the auction which will include unique mementoes of Garry's career.
We are throwing this open to all Trust members to see who wants to go. Dress will be lounge suits. We need at least four members to secure a table and the cost is £35 each. If you are a Trust member and would like to go then please contact me BEFORE Friday 25th September, but as early as possible.
