The Light Within Love is a powerful thing. It can fill your life with light and happiness. Enjoying your trip to your destination is very important because you are more open to the messages you get on the way. You can also learn so much on the way and you'll be ready for what is waiting for you at the destination. Love to you all
The Light Within Decisions can be difficult but remember that you can't make a wrong decision. They are made with the information you have at the time and your background. Thoughts of course play a big part in this. You can start out with a positive one but as soon as the negative one starts, stop, move back to the positive one and make the decision. Love to you all.
The Light Within Polarity. Love and hate, heat and cold, light and darkness. What is the distance between love and hate? When does the water turn form hot to cold? Where does the light end and the darkness begin? We would not know what love is if we didn't know hate. The water is never compleately hot or cold. The Light Within Gifts. There are many kind of gifts. A smile, hug, compliment, song, wonderful story, dinner for your loved ones, glass of water. I can go on forever. Most of the gifts we give every day we can not buy. We should notice all the small gifts around us and enjoy them. My gift to you all are thous words you just read.
The Light Within Everything is quiet and still. You breathe deep and slowly and just be her and now. You don't have to do anything but relax and breathe. Your eyes are closed and your body is heavy on the chair. Send all thoughts away and enjoy this moment of relaxation. After few minutes open your eyes and feel the peace withing you. ...You can do this any time a day if you feel stressed.
The Light Within Don't let fear control your life. When you feel the fear is coming think about the light in your heart that spreads all over your body. Fill your heart and soul with the light of love and feel the fear go away. Now you can think more clearly and are protected with the light.
The Light Within What you see in others you can see in yourself. Have you ever shaken your head while someone did something you think is stupid and then a moment later done the same thing? And as you are talking to a friend you realize you have similar experince in some part of your life. It's like looking into a mirror. Does that proof that we are all one? What do you think?
The Light Within You can always choose. What ever happens to you it is only you that decides how you will react. You got the choise. When someone throwes something negative at you it is your choise to throw something negative or something positive back. So why not choose to be positive today?
