Three years ago, Wade Darnell felt “a passion for bluegrass” when he picked up a banjo and mastered it. He continues to challenge himself by searching for good music in many styles as he incorporates jazz, blues, classical and rock into a form, he calls “New Grass.” His fellow Windrock Band members are Tony Thomas, Danny Brassfield and Doyle Sowers.
