KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 25 — Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah today said he has yet to make a decision on whether to head the proposed oil royalty caucus in Parliament.
“It is a good proposal and I am considering it, but I have yet to decide on it.
“I am waiting to establish clear terms of reference and participation from all sides, especially of BN representatives from oil producing states,” he said today.
