The MAT Kids First Series celebrates the Holiday Season with the return of Mr. and Mrs. Guffaw
(Jim Jackson and Birgitta De Pree) and their musical circus adaptation of Dicken’s beloved classic. On the night before Christmas, the very cranky Scrooge attempts to foreclose on the family circus but the spirit of Charles Di...ckens intervenes. Scrooge (Sallie Walker) is haunted by a series of clown ‘Ghosts” as the circus ring comes alive with a hilarious reenactment of the classic tale. The Guffaw Christmas Carol also features the comic talents of David Wild and Sarah Barad with music by Benjamin Pratt. Circus, comedy, magic, music and puppetry are swirled together to create a very family friendly Holiday treat. Each show is followed by milk and cookies and art activities for the children
