The Midgetmen Who wants to hear those two new songs debuted on KLBJ this past Tuesday night? If there's demand, maybe we'll share the unmastered mp3s for a bit.
The Midgetmen Just realized that Saturday's Dino Jr/Built To Spill show is presented by 101x. Yet KLBJ is the station that invited us on the air to promote the aftershow. Very glad one of the stations in town cares about the local band on the bill!

The Midgetmen Heard some very very very rough playbacks of what we recorded back in August at Arlyn Studios. Can't wait for Jon to mix 'em down, because even the quick mixes sounded great.
The Midgetmen Memorial for Jon Pettis on Wednesday 10/14 @ Hole in the Wall. Donations to help out the band and friends who lost everything in the fire will be graciously accepted, but please spread the word and come give the guys something to smile about.

An errant malfunctioning power strip sparked a massive blaze this morning in the East Austin home of local band Bankrupt and the Borrowers. Founding member Jon Pettis died in the fire.

Austin, TX - One person is dead after a fire Friday morning in East Austin. AFD reported to the scene of a house fire in the 5200 block of Knight Circle around 7:45 a.m.
