The Midwest Wine School Sean Henninger of Atomic Chocolates is at it again… and just in time for Halloween! Sean will hand-craft five new chocolates to be paired with wines so you can do your trick-or-treating in the comfort of a warm seat at Bacchus instead of going door-to-door. $40

The Midwest Wine School Sara Hill, culinary director of the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, will present up to ten different artisanal Wisconsin cheeses that will be uniquely paired with wines from all over the world. $40

There will be passed desserts to go with your delicious cocktails featuring France's oldest brandy, Armagnac as well as opportunities to try it alone in a snifter.
Each of the signature cocktails will feature Armagnac.
There will be the "Armagnito" (with mint & ginger ale), the Parfait Amour (with fresh strawberries & va...nilla liqueur) and the "Classic" (with Champagne, bitters and orange zest).
