David David Levey here- just had a chat w/ Mickey D. in Hollywood two weekends ago. In 1979, I was asked to "be him" in a Across the USA Tour w/ the Monkees; I played drums w/ them because he could not make it. I told him about it- and it seem he never knew! Funny! Davy and I got to be veerryyy good friends on that tour- I cant tell a thing! Lips are sealed!

Mary C. Moody I didn't know the Monkees "Porposie Song" was in Vanilla Sky movie soundtrack. What other movie soundtracks have Monkee songs on them?
Mary C. Moody I'm watching the movie "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers" and I can't help but notice the resemblance of some of the brothers shirts during their famous dance scene at the barn raising to the original Monkees shirts!
