Nikki G So I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that Micky was in Rob Zombie's version of Halloween in 2007. He was the clerk at the gun store. And Happy Thianksgiving to everyone!

David: Has anyone besides me ever heard Mike's solo album "Pretty Much Your Standard Ranch Stash"? I found it at a second hand record store, and I honestly think its one of the best country albums I have ever heard. Very moving, haunting songs. If you ever get a chance, download it or buy the CD from Mikes Website.videoranch.......com I believe. "Continuing" and "Some of Shellys Blues" are my favs. Quite the song writer that Mr. Nesmith.

Mary C. Moody The oldies music tv station had a contest last night. They prefaced the question by saying that NBC would love to have the ratings on a tv show that they had on this one. The question was if anyone could recognize the show from the sound clip they played? Of course the clip was from "The Monkees". The answer brought on...... a song by the group, "Valleri"

David Knox: All right favorite song, which one?

Cindy original monkee woman aproves this page!!! one of my favorite 'life moments' was meeting my 1st TRUE LOVE Davy at a casino show in about '97 i think it was. i even got to kiss him on cheek while taking pic!! OHHHH DAVYYYY! lol lol I was given the nicname Monkee Woman in '69, cause I stuck up for my favs when they got s......lammed with the 'not playin instruments' slam (anyone remember???) Didnt give a #@^, cause I love them!!

Jeff Buckley: The monkees have tons of truly great songs. Among my favorites are "Steppin' Stone", "She" and "Randy Scouse Git", as well as just about anything sung by MIke. I think Mickey has one of the most underrated voices in the history of rock. He was a damn good singer, much better than most of the "serious" singers of his er......a. Never got much cred because of the stupid show, but he could outright ROCK!

Jeffrey D. Gray: The Monkees were the first band I got into. I once got to meet Mickey, Davey and Peter, back in 1997 I think it was. 'Mary, Mary' is my fav. song of theirs. One of the best bands ever!
