What Kapoor is saying is not news. Kargil was a limited war fought between nuclear powers. Kapoor is basically saying that's still possible. Anybody want to disagree that there was a limited war in Kargil between 2 nuclear armed countries?

The statement is directed towards us foolish Pakistanis who want to believe that our rulers are blameless and anything wrong can only come from "outsiders / Indians / US / Israel / kafirs". This is similar to the dossier which was apparently given to Manmohan Singh for Balochistan and later our people backtracked and said no dossier was given.
