Awesome food, delicious beverages, fabulous music and the ladies of THE OBSERVER will be there providing fake tattoos to any willing attendees. Look for us in front of Mercury Fountain. The event runs from 3 to 11 p.m. today and noon until 11 p.m. tomorrow.
