The Ong Family Homeschool MM Lee who insisted on the bilingual policy in the early years now realizes he was wrong. He realized a couple of decades too late. Unfortunately, the legacy continues. My son is becoming more and more tortured by having to learn Chinese. :(

Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew said his insistence on bilingualism in the early years of education policy was 'wrong'. Instead it caused generations of students to be put off by the Chinese language.
