Mandy Lancaster If you can make it through Onward you can do anything. Although I did not graduate from the U of M, I did finally finish my degree at UNH just 2 years ago. I would not be where I am today if it had not been for the Onward Program. I am now looking into master's programs, something I had not even thought was possible before Onward.

back in 1978, onward changed the course of my life. at onward, i learned self-confidence and strength. i learned that poverty doesn't equal stupid nor does being rich equal smart. i learned that i do deserve whatever i strive to achieve. though i never graduated, i got a degree in life through onward. just having 2 yea...rs of university on my résume opened doors that would have been closed . most important though, onward cultivated the confidence i needed to even approach that door. in this painting, that's jerry ellis over on the left. he's on the lake of mt katadin showing us birds our wings and sending us out in the big wide world with the confidence that that we can fly.

Onward and the people in it changed my life -- I would not have the career, marriage relationship, or self-confidence that I have now if it weren't for Onward.... Garnet Valliere Hello all, we are looking at the Onward Program for our daughter and I can't seem to find anywhere on the site about dorms or housing? Is there housing on the campus available to the Onward Students and are they allowed to particpate in the University activities?

Valerie Cartonio Onward is like educational bootcamp! If you can make it through it, you can make it through to graduation! The people in Onward are great and it has given so many new opportunities in life. If you are thinking of returning to school, check out the program.

Samantha is staring Onward this fall! I can't wait to go to college! I've always wanted to go to college, only a couple of people in my family ever went, and now, because of Onward, I am going to go, too!! Like Kendra, it took alot of goading for me to apply, I was so intimidated by the prospect of going to school with a tod...dler to care for, but now I know there is alot of help out there for parents to go to school and get their degree, and I have to tell all the other parents thinking about college, to go for it! For your future, and for your family's future, a college degree can help make your dreams come true!
