I admit never having had the ocasion of reading some of Rupert Brooke's poems, so thank you for posting. The critics say he is anti-victorian and now i see why.
The refined sadness he expressed as a "war poet" caught my attention.
"Pine-Trees and the Sky: Evening" is one of my favourites.
