The conference will focus on providing coaches with practical information and tools that they can use to develop, expand and improve their coaching techniques along with the latest technology available today. This year PSA will host a special "grassroots" track as well as covering all the skating disciplines.

The Parabolic Young athletes from all over the world will meet for the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2009. Featuring ladies, men, pairs and ice dancing, many junior skaters will be leaving their signature on the ice of the Winter Sports Hall.
