There is no gap year program at Pardes. Bronfman youth fellowship participants are able to apply to take classes (generally only on an hourly basis, sometimes part-time)at Pardes. Non-Bronfman alumni though are not allowed to apply to Pardes during their gap year. Either way, it isn't a program; just a place to take classes (i.e. No supervision, housing, meals, etc).
