I have had pople make fun of me for living here, with hope this City will work to make it a better place to live, I have been here sence 1985 and have seen alot of change and not all for the best, the city is two citys in one old vs new.

How about giving a ONE YEAR tax/fees holiday for all new businesses and SIX MONTHS for existing ones? If this caused ONE HUNDRED new businesses to start and allowed for as many existing ones to offer promotions/sales/specials it could result in many more people getting a paycheck instead of assistance, which results in more commerce and that helps revenue in the long run.

I feel your pain . . . my kid's school district (Natomas Unified School District) is moving forward with closing a school as well. In the end, it hurts the kids the most.
