The Singers Companye just returned from our trip to the Basque region of Spain. We sang several standing-room-only concerts in various cities and sang our hearts out in the Tolosa International Choral Competition. All in all, a wonderful experience. Special thanks to our guide, Maddalen, who made everything run smoothly and helped us to be...tter understand the interesting and colorful Basque culture!

Join "Singers Companye" and hear the repertoire for the tour of Spain's colorful Basque country. The ensemble will participate in the Tolosa International Choral Festival from October 22nd - November 2nd. Sample a rich blend of Spanish and American fare, enhanced by the spicy flavors of folk music. The program featu...res Basque composers Javier Busto, Javier Bello-Portu, and Eduardo Mocoroa, along with Americans Z. Randall Stroope, Carol Barnett, Eric Whitacre, Norman Luboff, and Allen Koepke.
Adult Tickets: $12.00
Student Tickets (with ID): $5.00
Senior Tickets: $7.00
Tickets may be purchased in advance at "Market Path" 833 W. Market Street, Akron, Ohio (330-258-9003) or by calling 330-421-7782. Tickets are always available at the door.
