yes. you might try Hyland's leg cramp. Got da quinine and it seems to help.

yup. ugh i hate those! and it seems like the often happen to me when i'm somewhere that i can't do very much about it. sitting down on a downtown side walk to yank off your shoe and massage your foot just isn't a good idea lol
