The Storyboard blog was created at the tail-end of 2007. It's a blog for film reviews and other film-related stuff, with a primary focus on the films of Malaysia and Singapore.
The Storyboard's creator, Guo Shao-hua, is a Malaysian journalist who also dabbles in filmmaking and has written scripts that have been made into award-winning short films. He has also written for television, and his newspaper writings on the Malaysian film industry have won multiple awards.
Among his favourite filmmakers are Zhang Yimou, Takeshi Kitano, Chris Marker, Johnnie To, Robert Bresson and Ingmar Bergman.
