SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Filmmakers around Utah are rushing to wrap their entries for a contest promoting the state as a desirable destination for film production.

The Utah Film Commission Utah Film Commission just wrapped up a tour in LA, where we attended the AFCI Cineposium, the American Film Market and ended on our UTAH IN HOLLYWOOD event, where the Utah Film Commission hosted a reception that was attended by actors, filmmakers and studio executives. Spencer Eccles, Leigh von der Esch, James Keach an...d Marshall Moore all addressed the crowd, along with the UFC staff shaking hands making sure they knew why Utah was the perfect film destination; Excellent crew, great equipment, professional talent and competitve film incentives...
