Veggie Grill in El Segundo (and in Irvine) is fantastic. Native Foods (Westwood, Costa Mesa, and others) is also very good.

I second Native Foods. If you are on the east side check out Happy Family in Rowland Heights. It's vegetarian with Vegan options.
