Sani On Tuesday, they closed down the I-5 at I-205 in the afternoon when it was raining down, and they said PGE crews were hard at work digging. It will be interesting if somebody can get in touch with PGE and ask what were they doing there? Did it has something to do with the solar panel not getting enough sunray to keep t...he area lighted up? Did the landscape crews 'accidentally' cut off the cable from PGE?
