It's a great promotion and the brunch was totally worth it! Next time you have a promotion it would be great if you would inform all of you staff so when someone calls makes a reservation the person on the other line know what you are referring to also when you get the bill at the end you don't have to explain it to five different people before ... See Moreanyone knows what your talking about. We had a lovely brunch and we would definitely go back but we were disappointed in you staff"s lack of knowledge to your promotion and felt slightly awkward having to explain ourselves over and over.

The Waldorf is easily the best hotel in NYC. As for the Grand Hyatt, skip it. It's far from impressive and the mandatory valet took my 3 week old car for a ride - to New Jersey. Grand Hyatt refused to do anything about the matter. The staff here takes care of anything not to your liking. Good luck finding something though. I can't attest to the mini-suites, but the suites themselves are incredible. I prefer the Waldorf over other options if possible, even the RC.
