All Uncovered - The Watchmen: A Film by Reil Munro
I just finished viewing the film and would first like to thank Reil for painting such a vivid picture for all of the fans of the band. As a relatively new fan of The Watchmen in terms of the band being slotted into my "Favourite Band" space on the musical leaderboard I ...feel like I have been caught up on the story that happened beforehand. The film provides a very comfortable look into the road the band has taken in its evolution through the stages of their career. The band tells their own story as Canadian and international media set up on the corner of their riser and through the revival of their music in 2008. A fantastic work and one that fans of the band will no doubt enjoy.
Jocelyn Smyth your music really doesn't get any play here in toronto, so thanks for posting the new songs online, it's really the only way fans here can listen in. oh, and i loved your rendition of "a new england" at the red river show. praise be to youtube and whoever posted the live footage :)

Nick Walters Was glad to see Miss Monday Morning on X92.9's top 12 today. Happy to see some great new tunes coming out. Enjoyed the show here in Calgary in July, hope you guys can make it back here from time to time!
Jeremy I was just driving home from work listening to 92.9 (Calgary) and I thought I heard the dj Lynch say the next song was the Watchmen. I didn't recognize the tune and it didn't sound like the Watchmen of old so I wasn't sure. But then I heard the harmonica! GREAT tune guys! One of your best ever!
Trevor Thanks to Reil for allowing a sneak peak of "The Watchmen - All Uncovered". A very tight piece of work that pays great tribute to one of Winnipeg's finest acts and one of Canada's most influential bands during the 90's and early 2000's. In true Watchmen fashion, the film captures the personal nature of the group and ...their relationship with both their trade and the realities of the Canadian music business. I hope the band realizes the market still has an appetite for their art and decides to put forth another album or two - I'm looking forward to it. Congratulations to everyone on a project well done.

I was priveleged to have screened the "All Uncovered" documentary this afternoon. For Watchmen fans... be they long time fans or more recent ones... it takes you to familiar places in their career and evolution and reminds you that you were there with them all along.
For those who are discovering The Watchmen for the... first time, I feel they'll wonder how and why they missed out on a band that, in under an hour, they've got to know more than other bands they've followed for years...
...and it's not too late to become a fan. :-)

The Watchmen - All Uncovered documentary has just been pressed onto a dvd, thank you all for your patience, and I'm sure there will be clips of it on The Watchmen web-site in the very near future.
