reviews a workplace discrimination case from Connecticut in the US. I'm posting the issue as it involves an employer, Bath and Body Works that has approximately 30 Canadian locations. The unfortunate basis for the case is founded on the alleged comment by a Bath and Body Works manager that stated,

TheWicca.ca Last evening I had the chance to travel to Hamilton, Ontario to attend the Hammer Town Pagan Pub Moot. The moot drew in people from Toronto, Hamilton, London, and Brantford and had an enjoyable collection of poetry, singing, and music performed. The event occurs once a month with varying themes and has a community-oriented drive with fund raising for local causes. If you are in the area, make sure to attend.
