If you're stuck for something to do with the kids this Easter why not pop along to The Parade shopping centre in Shrewsbury.

Our grand Easter Egg hunt is running from the 28th March until the 11th of April inclusive. 19 eggs are hidden in shops throughout the centre. Children must be accompanied by an adult and entry fo...rms can be obtained from participating shops. The cost to take part is 50p with all proceeds going to Hope House. All eggs used in the hunt will also be donated to the children at Hope House.

We have some fabulous prizes. First prize is a gigantic Easter egg donated by Cadburys and with 3 runner up Eggs also donated by Cadburys how can you resist taking part ! All entrants will also receive a gift on return of the forms to Free Spirits, 22 The Parade.

Hi Vicky,

Just noticed your message. There are several oils that can help with aching muscles and are good for sports type aches. A particularly good blend that I have found works is Ginger ( Zingiber Officinalis) , Black Pepper ( Piper Nigrum) and Spike Lavender ( Lavandula Latifolia), this also smells quite masculine.... Use 2 drops of each for every 5 ml teaspoon of massage oil you use. If buying essential oils make sure they are from a reputable seller, preferably a qualified aromatherapist and that they have a batch number, a use by date, a latin name, safety data and preferably a country of origin. Should also be in a dark bottle. Failing that some of the badger balms are good for sore muscles. Hope this helps, if you need any more advice just shout, with best wishes
