Become a fan! Please send the page to everyone in your address book. I know it may be annoying to join so many groups. However, exposure means dollars for charity. I have seen "fan groups, join this cause, help so and so" on Facebook yield up to 120K members. Certainly we can do that for this wonderful book and even... better charity! Thank you for your help. Please, please spread the word.
