
Three Arts Club
On popular demand, the TAC will once again be staging Ramesh Mehta's Bade Aadmi at Shri Ram Centre (walking distance from Mandi House Metro Station) this June. So all of you who missed the scintillating performance, here's another chance!
About the play: The play, a comedy, is a satire on our times. The story is about ...a family which tries to adopt the western culture and lifestyle in order to impress others.
Kindly note: Entry free. Seats on first come first served basis. Children below 5 years not allowed. Please switch off mobile phone during the play. Please be seated by 6:45pm. There will be a 10 minutes break between Act I and Act II.

The Three Arts Club was an amateur theatre group that was founded in 1943, enthralled & entertained audiences in the capital city of the country for 40 years and is credited with having established the culture of drama in the capital city of the country. Luminaries such as Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Dr. Zakir Hussain, Shri Charan Singh, amongst others, graced its plays. The Club also has the distinction of being the first ones to give a platform to women on the Delhi stage.
On May 13, after a hiatus of almost quarter of a century, the TAC performed on the Delhi Stage recently signaling its revival. TAC will continue to promote Hindustani Drama and amateurs in theatre.
