Lee LeeBo Ringer Leach attampted thru hike on the AT 2009. Only made it to Hot Springs. Injured my foot at mile 100 but continued another 17 days before going home. Turned out to have a fractured heel bone and significant ligament damage. I know my hi tolerance for pain can get me in trouble.
Steve A.T. 2005 Harpers to Vermont. A.T. 2006 Springer to NOC. Injuries got us. But hope to try again in 2011. 2010 thruhiking Ky's Long Trail - The Sheltowee Trace. 282 miles. The way the A.T. used to be.

Tim I suppose I qualify for membership on this site; quadruple flip-flopped the AT in less than 12 months in 2008-09 using the trail name of "Footnote."

Anya Hi everyone. Trail name is Smokin' Loon. SOBO class of 2009. Summited Dec 15 but have three weeks to finish in NC/TN where I came down with a hellish sinus infection/swine flu whatnot. Can't wait to get back out in the spring soon as the Smokies aren't freeeezing.
