Tim Ghianni I had the opportunity to get to know Heidi Ueberroth and write a pretty good tale for one for one of the fine Vanderbilt magazines. She is super.

Thank you, Tim, for sharing this with us. I would say this is the time of year we all really need to hear it, but, honestly, it is a good reminder all year long that each one of us can make a difference if we just take that first step.

Man, I love the "acts of kindness" stories; I use them to teach Bible classes and in counseling teens who have gotten into trouble of one sort or another. I wish the media would do them more than just at the end of the year.

Tim Ghianni A good friend of mine named Funky Donnie Fritts is the subject of my story that's on the inaugural online edition of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum's Journal of Country music. I am very proud of this. Please take time to read it if you can.

Donnie Fritts is known for many things: songwriter, soul man, pianist, and friend. One of the men who knows him best in all those categories is Country Music Hall of Fame member Kris Kristofferson.
