For home roasters who want access to some high quality green bean to create their own blends and profiled single origins-check out the range! Toby's Estate Coffee (NSW) Just finished digging in the Compost Bins on Rose Street, and unfortunately managed to get quite a bit of the first compost load on me. I now am followed by a very distinct and none too pleasant aroma of old vegetable matter wherever I go. I suspect I will not have too many visitors to my office today. At least we will soon have a nice garden of herbies and fruit happening! Hope the locals on Rose St will join in.
Toby's Estate Coffee (NSW) After weighing up plenty of options we have decided to include the Keep Cup in our range-very soon to be available at our cafes. This brilliant product is reusable, recyclable, works really well in terms of thermal properties, leak proof-ness, and is nice to drink from. Toby's Estate Coffee (NSW) To all the fans of sustainability out there-a quick report on some recent developments! This week we will be installing 2 composting bins from Aerobin streetside in Chippendale for local residents to use, which will also recycle all our cafe fruit n veg waste, plus spent coffee grounds. The bins will fertilise a garden in which people can grow herbs, fruit, whatever they like. Thanks Michael and the residents!
