Deep fried bean curd and vegetables on rice from Wong Kei in London Chinatown (famous for brusque waiters). Not on the menu - guy next to me promptly ordered what I was having when it arrived!

Tofu
Barbecued tofu skewers!!
Marinated in a little garlic, soy sauce, olive oil and turmeric.
These were a big hit with veggies and omnivores alike.
Tofu Homemade Indonesian gado-gado with deep-fried tofu, beansprouts, green/runner beans, boiled egg (the traditional way to cook it - sorry vegans!) and peanut sauce.
Tofu was today's summer promotion at a restaurant in Chinatown... homemade and silken; encrusted in a crispy batter topped with mango sauce.

Tofu Tofu, broccoli and rice. I marinated the tofu in tumeric and shoyu then shallow fried it in dried lemongrass and garlic granules.
