I have been working as a teacher since 1991. In those days when people thought this way of teaching was a waste of time... never gave up!

I would like to share a simple rhyme we usually use in class whenever we attend animals.. here it is..

monkey, monkey, monkey...what does the monkey do? (acting: UUU) we usually repeat it with more animals... elephant...crocodile....rabbit....it is funny for 3 and even for children up 6.

I would suggest people from spain, trying to do similar workshops with them as conductors! I will hope so.. someday...

We found your videos on Youtube last week, and I'm finding them to be an extremely helpful resource in both preparing my elder daughter for pre-school and supplementing her autistic twin brother's therapy at home. All three of my kids have to watch "5 Little Monkeys" every night before bed at least three times. I'm glad they like it, but I can never shake the tune out of my head:). Thank you so much! You're awesome!

If it is any consolation, let me tell you that when we are recording and then using the songs in our classes all week, the songs NEVER leave our heads! :-) Seriously though, it's really nice to hear your family can all enjoy 5LM together. Thank you!

Joelle I recommended your CDs to my elementary school in Japan. They were keen but as your CDs aren't on the 'kyozai no kaisha' catalogues, they weren't able to get them (red tape!). I guess SSS is put out independently, and getting onto those catalogues is not possible?

Victoria You usually say "Salud" after you sneeze in my country (El Salvador). I live in Miami now and here I also say "Salud" when my students sneeze. It's so funny because at the end of the year...when someone sneezes...they automatically say "Salud"

Good stuff. It actually sounds like he says "Ah-choo!" when he sneezes at the beginning. It's always amazing to see old cartoons like that with all of the work that must have gone into making something as short as that clip before computers.
