Ector County Office of the District Attorney, involving First Amendment rights of public employees, to panel: Justice Judith Lanzinger, Ohio Supreme Court; Judge Steven Murphy, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan; & Dean Douglas Ray. Archer will open the College of Law Distinguished Speakers Series TODAY at noon in the Auditorium. The speech is titled “The Emerging Practice of Law: 2009 Into the Future”
