The licensee is asked for their Social Security and credit card numbers to pay for a fee that is owed. If the fee isn't paid, the scammer threatens to pull their ......license. Kansas Association of REALTORS® (Official) Kansas home sales rose by 14.1 percent in October compared to the same period last year, according to new figures from Kansas Association of REALTORS®. Sales totaled 2,895 units in October, up from 2,537 units in 2008. The average sale price of existing homes in October was $153,525, compared to $110,832 in October 2008.
