SouthWind Gallery at Framewoods Sharon had to fill in for me again this morning at the 2nd chance drawing for the Stan Herd "Painted Byways" paintings at the Ks Historical Museum at 10:00 a.m. This is the last scheduled event of what has been a great long summer of art in the Kansas Scenic Byways. Thanks again KS Lottery, KDOT, KS Commerce, KS Arts C...omm., my crew at the SouthWind and of course the incomperable Stan Herd. Grazzie to you all.
SouthWind Gallery at Framewoods A super FIrst Friday ARTWalk, A great crowd of patrons thanks to the art created by Gary Ozias and the energy from WR Brad LeDuc's "BluePrint ' group who sold hot dogs in front of the gallery. They did quite well raising $$ for their art projects. We also hosted members of "the Woman's Fund" from Topeka Community Found...ation. We loved having you with us. Thanks Margaret LaRue & friends. Topeka is a great ARTS Town.

Artist Reception - Gary Ozias Featured Artist with “Coming Home”A One-man Show Featuring New Works by award-winning artist, Gary Ozias. It's an exhibit you'll want to see. once! An e...xciting mix of Gary-O's realism and stylized paintings, in both pastels and oils.
In the Loft gallery, you'll find original paintings by various artists of the KU campus, renowned as one of the most beautiful campuses in the country. The paintings are in various mediums and styles, from abstract to realistic-as seen though the eyes of the individual artists.
Washburn Rural High School in the blue tent with Washburn Rural High School art students grilling up some hot dogs for hungry First Friday ARTWalkers All proceeds from the hot dog sales go to the WRHS "Blue Print" project. showcasing student work created throughout the school year. SouthWind Gallery provided space for the first annual Blue Print exhibit last spring and we'll be hosting the next Blue Print show this spring.
We'll have free munchies and sodas in the gallery to go with your hot dog. For those over 21, we'll be serving a selection of wine, courtesy of Vision Bank.Join us for some great art and a really good hot dogs

A One-man Show Featuring New Works
Get yourself to SouthWind Gallery for the current exhibit..., "Coming Home" featuring new works by award-winning artist, Gary Ozias. It's an exhibit you'll want to see more than once! An exciting mix of Gary-O's realism and stylized paintings, in both pastels and oils.
