Amazing MC, fantastic program, incredible meal at NAIT's Ernest's restaurant (inlcuding my vegan and gluten-free meal which was more than a grilled plate of vegetables for once!), gorgeous museum artifacts on d...isplay, lots of laughter and music, and to top it all off, LPK's deelish hand painted, custom designed truffles. My mom totally pulled it off, and my grandparents are smiling from above, I'm sure. A night to remember indeed...!Read More

A spicy lentil and mixed vegetable soup that was light, yet substantial at the same time. I can't figure out if there was rice in there or not though - could've been some very fine brunoise of parsnip or something. Salad (sans cheese like the rest had), and an amazing spicy Thai red curry with mushrooms, roasted red peppers and other veg on a mound... Read More of coconut rice. Dessert - rhubarb sorbet (could've had even more rhubarb for more pucker factor) and an assortment of fruit. The soup and main were in-credible!!! Yumalicious!!!
