LPK's Culinary Groove is very intrigued by the fact that our vegan, and vegan and gluten-free chocolate cakes now appear to have morphed into Red Velvet cakes thanks to the new Cocoa Camino (http://www.cocoacamino.com/en/index.php) certified organic and fair trade cocoa powder we are using in conjunction with the 9.5ph super alkaline Kangen... Water (http://www.kangenwatertoronto.com/) we now have on hand thanks to our new ionizing machine. No need for copious amounts of red food dye here! How cool is that?! How much healthier is that...!? Now we'll figure out which cake goes better with cream cheese frosting and voila - a new cake for LPK's and for you!
