Company Overview:
Tim Cigelske is a writer in the city of beer, cheese and bratwurst. He has no formal fitness training. He has no authority to dispense medical advice, or pretty much any authority in general.

Tim has run three marathons ranging from sub-3:30 to 5 hours. His mile PR is 4:37 and fastest 5k is 17:11, but that was on a flat course that was probably short. He is sorta learning how to swim. He can maybe bench like 190 pounds.

Train with Tim: Newly updated with old stuff
6:18pm Today
Now that Train with Tim has been around 10 months or so, we've (obviously) staked our place on the internet.

Now's the time to kick back, relax and rest on our laurels.

So Train with Tim is newly updated to include the Best of the blog archive and a list of guest star cameos. It can be found by scrolling down on the right sidebar under "Links." (It looks like this: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2090/2394204004_692cba4a5d.jpg?v=1207521094)

Now you can relive classic columns like "Pecs, boobs and man-boobs." Get reacquainted with "A hairy issue" (I bet there's a pun involved). Find out all over again why "I work out like a girl."

As for star power, feel the wattage of Tim "Eater X" Janus, Ron Jeremy and Sadie the Beagle.

That blog address once again is www.mkeonline.com/trainwithtim.

Sincerely,

Tim
