I have not been to Maui. That is, hopefully, the plan for our next trip to Hawaii.
GoHawaii.com says this about the Pearl Harbour tour:
Following the events of September 11, 2001, new security regulations have been implemented. No purses, handbags, backpacks, camera bags, diaper bags, or other items that offer concealment are allowed in the visitor center or on the Memorial tour. Strollers with pockets and compartments must be empty before being allowed in the visitor center. Personal cameras are allowed. Baggage storage is not available and there are no alternatives in the local area for bag storage.

cool, thanks a lot, I was worried that 2 weeks was going to be too much to be in oahu, so I was thinking in renting the campervan and take it to oahu on the ferry..... but i guess i am complicating myself... have you gone to Maui??do you think a day trip is worth it (ferry)?? don't know what to do about Maui.... maybe just Oahu will be enough.. as I can see there is plenty of things to do...
I have an SLR camera, I would like to know if someone knows if I can take it to Pearl Habor... coz I have big and small zooms, and I don't want to arrive there, and be told to leave the camera outside...
