yes, Rohanna, I recommend to everyone to do plenty of yoga, stand-up paddling, drinking of all sorts of recovery beverage, passive and active stretching, ice baths, visualization, neuromuscular activation and pilates. Anyone actually paying me can swim, bike, run and maybe have an occasional glass of water. I had to Google both those Bobs...

My concern about this article is that it makes it sound like people are better off eating sensibly and not exercising, rather than exercising AND eating sensibly. And since Americans will use any excuse not to exercise, having the cover of Time magazine encouraging them not to doesn't seem very responsible.
