Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (EMPAC) If you are still holding out on buying tickets for tomorrow night's Mathematics as Poetic Enchantment talk + dinner, it would be good to know that the food is being made by the good folks at the Epicurean, and you will have your choice of vegetarian risotto or grilled chicken with rice (both come with a field greens sa...lad and beverages). Buy your ticket today! And probably go get lunch soon - that menu has got me hungry.

Jason Steven Murphy  So amped that Dan Deacon is feeling better and will be playing Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (EMPAC) next weekend with Extra Life + Nuclear Power Pants! I'm trying to lessen the amount of PR that comes through on my personal account (seriously), but cannot pass this one up - as I would be at the show if... they were paying me or otherwise. Come on out!

Wednesday, February 10, 2010, 6 PM

The topics will range from mathematic origami to non-Euclidean geometry, symmetry groups, and logic.

Dinner will be served by the good folks from The Epicurean - http://www.epicurean-ny.com/.

Tickets:

+ General Admission = $15
