Monday 10.26.09 was one of the greatest nights of my life. As a birthday present, one of my closest and most enduring friends, VICTORIA SHAFFER, took me to FEINSTEIN's at the LOEWS REGENCY hotel NYC for CYNDI LAUPER's TRUE COLORS FUND benefit starring two of my favorite artists, singer songwriters GAVIN CREEL (from HAI...R) and SARA BAREILLES. We went backstage to meet SARA before the show and she could not have been more welcoming. What a thrill and what a show - both performers were amazing, memorable, and so funny! Sara's live rendition of GRAVITY was an all-time high point for me. It was so fantasic to share it with Vic!
