Blue Ridge Wireless Another customer was burned by online phone purchase. He paidgood money for what he thought was a 'new' Blackberry. He had multiple issues and we found missing chips, internal battery was removed, botched soldering at LCD connector and a missing frame on the LCD itself. There was a refurb label inside verifying it was... NOT new. (And this is nothing compared to what we normally find!) Be careful where you buy phones.

AT& T Wednesday night asked the federal court in Atlanta to force Verizon to pull its ads comparing wireless coverage immediately.

Blue Ridge Wireless Not sure what is wrong with this phone: "When turning on phone, screen is blank. There is no screen with which to operate the phone. In short - there is no operating screen". (actually written on the repair form).
Blue Ridge Wireless New issue occurred when jailbreaking / unlocking a 3Gs iPhone - the process disabled the radio as well as Wi-Fi. This left the phone unable to pull service. We were able to recover it.
Blue Ridge Wireless After jailbreaking & unlocking a iPhone 3G/3GS you may find Wi-Fi doesn't work. To fix this issue, you must turn off the Wi-Fi & switch to airplane mode. Go to settings, "General", scroll down to Reset, reset network settings. From this point your iPhone will turn off & reset by itself. Your Wi-Fi should now work. ... If doesn't fix the issue then not to worry. Repeat process until the problem is corrected.
