Studio Connections
Studio Connections presents “Part One” of the epic story about a time that changed the world. Tony Kushner’s, Angels In America has been making headlines since its debut on Broadway in 1993. With two Tony Awards for “Best Play” and two Drama Desk Awards for “Outstanding Play”, this show has proven to be a timeless st...ory with a very important messge. According to director, Bill Fikaris, “This masterpiece deals with relationships and interactions between lovers, married couples, parents, friends and colleagues while dealing with illness, divorce, religion, secrets and lies. The beauty of this piece is how the play shows that regardless of your beliefs or moral standings, we all have to battle the same demons. Some win, some lose – but it is never as simple as it seems. It is prophetic and profane. Consequently, the audience can view this fantastical diorama allowing them to see versions of themselves and perhaps come to a better understanding of themselves and those around them.”
ALL PROCEEDS FROM PREVIEW NIGHT WILL GO TO BENEFIT THE SOUTHERN ARIZONA AIDS FOUNDATION!!!

Starting at 7:30pm we will have a set list of local and regular entertainers and then at 8:30pm we will have an open mic night with a pianist available to play any requests! As always del...icious desserts and beverages are available! Hope to see everyone there!
Please come out and help us celebrate 5 years of art, music, theatre, writing, and coffee!

Studio Connections On the first Friday night of every month (some holidays excepted), Studio Connections transforms into a unique neighborhood entertainment venue. Coffeehouse Jams are fun-filled evenings of music in a friendly, relaxed café-style setting. Enjoy a selection of beverages and deserts for sale while drawing, playing board g...ames, listening and/or performing music, written narratives, poetry, or monologues. With local professional artists making frequent appearances, you don’t want to miss out. Past jams have featured everything from a cappella vocal groups to stand up comedy. Feel like performing? Whether you’re a musical soloist, a member of a group, an open mic aficionado, or a budding comedian, there’s room for you at the coffeehouse. Admission is $7 for adults and $3 for children and all proceeds benefit the Da Vinci Players, our resident theatre troupe.
