Company Overview:
The New England Board of Higher Education's Tuition Break program provides a discount on college tuition to New England residents when they enroll in approved degree programs at out-of-state public colleges and universities in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Some New England residents may be eligible for an approved major at an out-of-state New England public college or university when that major is not offered by any home-state public institution.
