This year's catering theme highlighted the agricultural roots of the industry with food and décor choices with pure foods like vine leaves, juniper red wine gastric, and grape carpaccio and a new floor plan that included rustic elements like burlap, grapes vines, wine barrels and baskets together with elegant touches of violet silk linen, sugared grapes and glassware that sparkled with light.
